I think of this kind of stuff, and I've been wondering if that should make me consider better the "order" in which I play games (that, and as I said in JT's thread about playing all your games before you die, I also wonder if I should set my bar higher, focus on top quality games and quit instead of finishing games that I find are "just" above average).
So for example, play shmups and tricky platformes now and leave turn-based strategy games for when I'm older. But for now I don't think that would work out for the best.
Ivo.

And the reason is that he plans to have an active sex live when he's old? Or that he likes fingering?

I'll be playing tactical RPGs and turn-based strategy games, and I may even be able to bring myself to finish FFXIII by then. :p

I remember when I was a Senior in high school I got rid of my games because I figured I was going off to college soon. And y'know... "grown-ups" don't play video games.

I did the same thing, didn't get rid of my games but simply tossed them all in the closet to collect dust before I went off to college. Missed out on the whole 5th and 6th generations.
I still plan to play turn-based RPGs when I get older. Basically, the same stuff I play now.

I got rid of most of my games back then. Then my roommate brought his Dreamcast and we'd stay up all night playing Tony Hawk. When he moved out, I bought a PS2 since I figured I could replay a PS1 games I already had been into, could buy Tony Hawk games for PS1, AND I'd have a new-fangled DVD player. In fact it's funny, I spent all that $$$ for a launch PS2 back then and it was literally years before I bought a PS2 game haha. My first PS2 spent a big chunk of its life as a way to rediscover the cheaper PS1 library and to watch movies.
