And then they sell super mario world for $50
this is funny, because this game is still super cheap on ebay/amazon but at this Pawn America i goto they are trying to sell a couple copies cart only for $29, when ebay has hundreds of copies used starting at like $5.
I only trade here and on Ben heck. Otherwise I ebay. Yeah, I hate it. But its 1000x better than dealing with ball lickers that pull that shit. Years ago I was at the Mall of America. Some kiosk shop owner was selling a basic NES, 1 controller, no games. $75. Too many places I know are like that. But for $1, sell for $100.

Me: "Hey, it seems like a ripoff that I'm onlt getting $3 for a game that your going to sell for $80"
Worker: "No, a rip off would be if I took you outside, beat the shit out of you, and took your games"
Thats word for word.
Oddly, the guy did have a point I guess. I was free to go elsewhere, and I did.
Still, place makes Gamestop look holy.
Man when I worked at Gamestop, we'd buy quality used games for $15-$20 and sell for $40. Actually not all that bad when you do the math. There were long gone places that would seriously say shit like that and worse. "You were fucking here 10 minutes ago and wasted my goddamn time and took your shit to Funco? Now you're back because they'd give you less?! Tell you what. Imma match FUNCO's price or you can get the fuck out. Your choice!" That was the "cool" underground place I bought AirZonk from...

People forgive me if you no get what I talk bout
Is this the guy off Five points/Mchenry? where Scenic drive starts?
Cause DAMN that place is expensive. I went there once last year, and although there were some Ok games, I didnt care for his prices. Place was full of dvds and broken Consoles and definitely lots of games. But I felt I could find better stuff if I tried. Modesto has some good deals if you know where to look.
Is Ziggys still there somewhere in Stanislaus county? Couldn't find it when I went this fall. I remember back in the day. He had some good stuff. I would visit his store in downtown Ceres. I kinda knew him and my friends an I would go all the time and see what cool stuff he got in.
I still remember back then at the Sunday Fleamarket in Ceres. His family would also sell games and movies. This was back in the late 90's/early 00's
I am waxing nostalgia about my old hometown
I may go again back in April just to see the place and remind myself not to buy from that place.
