hahahahahaha, send them to Afghanistan.I have lost count of the number of people I have ran into on multiplayer that say and feel that just because they are good at something like Call of Duty they would do well in real life becuase as they put it " This game is realistic, so if I am good at it I must be in real life" those people are the reason I mute everyone when I play online.

Video games ≠ reality, I thought people would have learned this by now....
Re: Video Games violate Hague and Geneva conventions
Reality is thousands of people getting widowed, orphaned and mutilated, while fat cats roll in their blood-tainted cash. That's reality, and no game ever made portrayed any of that.
Well, except maybe that one about Darfur.

That's what I usually tell them, if they think they are so good in real life prove it by going to the military. That's also usually gets them to be quite but not always.god wrote:hahahahahaha, send them to Afghanistan.I have lost count of the number of people I have ran into on multiplayer that say and feel that just because they are good at something like Call of Duty they would do well in real life becuase as they put it " This game is realistic, so if I am good at it I must be in real life" those people are the reason I mute everyone when I play online.

I'd have no problem shipping these bros overseas.
No wait, actually I would as they'd most likely end up murdering civilians.

Did you just seriously use a "video games make people violent" argument?BoneSnapDeez wrote:I'd have no problem shipping these bros overseas.

Re: Video Games violate Hague and Geneva conventions
No! I interpreted it as these "bros" are naturally violent and idiots on top of that. They'd be the ones murdering civilians thinking nothing applies to them. And a thumbs up over naked Iraqis while they're at it.AppleQueso wrote:Did you just seriously use a "video games make people violent" argument?BoneSnapDeez wrote:I'd have no problem shipping these bros overseas.

I didn't say that. Military personnel are violent, I don't know the ideology or political motivations of every soldier.
My point is, I wouldn't want to ship these people in Iraq/Afghanistan where they have the potential to murder civilians.
