Anyone who has eaten jello has eaten horse. I don't know if I would seek out dog, but so long as the meat won't hurt me in any way and tastes good, it's fair eating. Although I'm more of a crocodile and quail kind of eater.

the best part of the Balut is the yellow parts. yumm! i used to eat Balut a lot when i was a kid with salt on the top to add more flavor. i never did like eating the head of the bird however, can't bare it staring at me.

when meat and bone is boiled the stuff that floats to the top is processed and converted into a gelatain substance and that is the base for many foods.

Just dont think about it. Not everything labeled orgainc is organic. Thats just hype by companies so you can pay extra for their speical foods.
