Also, I've always hated Attack of the Show. I've never understood what people see in that show, nor do I understand what people see in Olivia Munn. Though reading your post, I guess she's gone now? The show already irritated me, so if its even worse now I have triple the reason to ignore it.

I don't think Attack of the Show is that bad. Its on here at 6pm so I usually watch it while I eat dinner cause usually nothing else is on. They sometimes have pretty cool guest like Seth Rogan and just the other day they had Mickey Rourke. Also it has Sara Underwood doing the Feed and she is damn fucking hot!!!!

I used to watch G4/Tech TV a lot in 2003 and 2004. X-Play was funny and The Screen Savers was awesome, especially Brendan Moran. It seems like I lost interest after the current gen got started and X-Play changed the style on its opening and transitions.

And X-Play.. what happened? It's like not even the same show. There's like one review per episode, and it seems like all the humor and skits has been sucked out.

I really miss the skits I was seriously hoping that they'd re-do the Morgan Von Webb skit and we'd get to see her smash all three current systems with a sledge hammer again. Instead they give the segment to the new fool and have two muscle-men destroy them. Lame. I guess I'll just have to re-live the memories through Youtube...

They used to play some good stuff on "Movies That Don't Suck", and I thought Ninja Warrior was very entertaining, but I could never stomach the actual video game related programming. Just unbearable.

Well, considering you also mentioned Movies That Don't Suck and Ninja Warrior, you were probably watching the watered down video game shows. Back when they were actually dedicated to video games, it was like a euphoria.

I honestly don't see it at all, G4 never had a golden era to me. Judgment Day had Tommy Tallarico which just instantly ruined it, and all their other stuff wasn't anything special. Reading magazines was way better back then.

TechTV on the other hand was great up to the buyout. Also anyone remember Martin Sargent? Tom Green for nerds, lol.

I never watched G4 before they acquired TechTV and the only reason I really watched it at all after that was because they still had X-Play.

whats wrong with tommy tallerico? he was my favorite. I liked how he never made an effort to appear unbiased, he just presented his honest opinion. and yes martin sargent was awesome, i forgot all about him until just now.

He tried to be funny but failed. Just came off as a complete jackass to me. The other guy was decent.

Also I kind of hate Tommy because my friends and I had tickets to go Videogames Live once but they canceled. So I blame Tommy.
