Again, just a rough draft really. But just to get a visual.
Small tidbit (not sure if it is intentional)

The spelling should be 'licensed' not 'liscensed'. I figure the spellcheck missed it due to the all caps.

I would suggest taking a soldering iron to the games and freehanding "Racketboy" in cursive across the back to make sure they don't end up on Ebay :P
If you aren't having a good time, why are you playing?

Looks cool, but it isn't a raffle, it's a straight-up auction.

Ah my mistake, still it's just a bit of text. Easy enough to change if Zig wants to go with it.

Also, realised the seal was still a little hard to read. All it says is "Official Ziggy 587 Seal of Quality". I think little touches like that are a good compromise for those that like things to look retail and those that prefer repros to be obvious.

Great idea, Hobie! I love the blue with black groves! The only thing I'm worried about is the time factor. But I think I might try, I really like that idea! And the checkered black for the label looks really good too! I'll have to play with these ideas, I really like them!

Terranigma!
The thing is, time is a factor, so I would love to make SoM2 and Terranigma, but I might not have the time to make both. We'll have to see what happens.

There's no spell check in Photoshop, at least, not in the old ass version I have. But yeah, I'm dyslexic, and this was a rush job just to get an visual posted. Thanks for pointing it out though, there's a good chance I wouldn't catch that.

Nice fucking job, man! I love that! Just have to change "raffle" into "auction" and it's all good!
Thamiel wrote:Minimalist label:

I like the "minimalist" concept, but the thing that bothers me about it is that's what a lot of pirate SNES carts look like. Granted, repros really are just glorified pirate carts. But when I think of actual pirate carts, I think of poorly made garbage.

Nice job though!

And thanks for every one's input so far!

The poll so far clearly shows that people would like to see a special edition cart, and it seems like a lot of people fancy the blue with black groves SNES cart. I really like it a lot myself.

*Does any one have any ideas for a Genesis cart and label? The carts, and thus labels, are smaller so there's less room to work with. I don't really have any ideas at the moment. Maybe changing the red borders (on the later style labels) to black and blue? Not sure how good a blue Genesis cart would look. Maybe since it's already black, a blue label would make the color scheme work? I'll see if I can throw something together later.

For Repro's, I really prefer that they are bright, off colors rather than the official grey because of two reasons: I love bright colors, and I know that it is not official. IE, some NES Repro's I see come in the colored see-through type plastic. I think ya'll know what I mean.
