Indeed, people that try to pass off repros as the real thing, especially to the unwashed masses who don't know any better, are fucking assholes.
The SNES boards Jeffro and I are coming up with, I'm really worrying about this. If you change the outside appearance of the cart, people wont like it as much (just like the above complaint) but if you keep it the same, people will pass it off as real carts. It's really hard coming up with ideas while trying to keep these two things in mind since they're pretty much opposites. But I am hell bent on preventing them from being passed off as real.

I'm not going to lie, I really love these goofy looking bright green, blue, and red carts I can get for my SNES and NES when I get one. I want to pick some up when I get a NES/SNES, but I have to fix my TV situation and get more money first.
I think this is kind of on the same level, but do you guys like playing games off of power packs? (Can't think of the word right now, you play multiple ROMS off of a SD card inside of a cart type thing.) Also, do they make these for N64? And would it be worth it to get one?
Systems: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360
WTB: Boxes for a silver Gamecube System(and a hyperport cover), and a box for an Ice Blue N64 console. Will pay 7.50 for each and shipping.

My Recca cart came from there and I would have gotten Over Horizon too except I managed to get a Euro cart which works fine in clone systems. Just had to be patient as he got to making my cart but it was a nice easy transaction.

I have been thinking about picking one of these up for the Genesis for a while now. Can you get them to run unfinished prototype stuff. For example could I run the Virtual Hamster and X-men 32x prototype roms along with any other Genesis prototypes I can find. If some one would dump the Resident Evil Zero Prototype rom for the N64 I would buy one of those in an instant.
