after listening to the recent Silent Hill episode of Retronauts, I'm so pumped for this to come out now. I've never played SH2 but it sounds awesome.

! This. For me the first three games of the Silent Hill series is the first trilogy of any medium that I can think of that gets better with each installment. Silent Hill 3 > Silent Hill 2 > Silent Hill 1.

I've never played Silent Hill... At all. I have Silent Hill 1 sitting on my desk though, and I'm eagerly awaiting these rereleases (and Downhill actually looks kind of promising! I'll wait for reviews though)
