Not really a sex scene, but I like how casually Heavy Rain handles nudity. There's one chapter where you play as Madison and can have her get undressed and take a shower. You see her completely naked and the game doesn't obscure anything or make it in any way seem weird or awkward

There is also an interactive make out session where one character goes topless and you see her breasts and they are clearly going to have sex, but the game skips ahead just before they do the deed

Similar to this style of game, indigo prophecy would let you sit and watch one character bang his girl friend under the sheets for as long as you wanted to.

Mass Effect had one that works for the (most part) between the relationship of Shepard and Ashley Williams (or Dr. Liara T'Soni if you into some freaky Alien sex) but in Mass Effect 2, Shepard just becomes a Man-Whore.

There is one game that comes to mind.
Leisure suit larry on the original xbox.Easily one of my top ten games of all time!
I doubt anyone has put as much time into this game as much as I did.Theres tons of filth in this game.You pretty much try to bang every chick on campus.Larrys persona is that of Van Wilders as the game progresses you can unlock Galleries that show actual hot girls in skimpy outfits during load screens,and thankfully for the resolutions on todays TVs you can get a great view of whats underneath those undies.Ive beaten this game about 5-8x to find as much sluttyness as I can find.There is one thing I havent conquered yet and thats the uncensored mode in order to aquire this mode you must save every coin you find in the game and buy it from uncle Larry @ the bar.Its a bitter sweet reward cause You wanna use your coins to buy things through out the game such as Bonuses that help you during mini games and those all so beautiful load screens.But if you resist the temptation you can play the games uncensored sex scenes and all women you attempt to date will be fully nude top and bottom.

I could rant on and on about this raunchy gem,but instead Im gonna restart another playthrough and bring you guys a juicy review/homage to Larry full of pics and funny commentary....I think he deserves it
