Cheese's cover of "Creep" is astounding. I was considering adding that one into my post.

I like the Devo cover of Satisfaction so much better than the original! That Residents version is awesome! Really abrasive.Betamax001 wrote: Yeah fellow Devo-tee!![]()
Also while Devo's cover is weird and quirky in a more pleasant way, Around the sametime The Residents came out with their version, which is weirder, and little too assaulting on the ears. A better noise rock cover would be Big Black's version of Kraftwerk's The Model.
Primus - Hello Skinny/Constantinople Probably my favorite cover of all time. The Constantinople half is awesome.
Snakefinger did a great cover of The Model too (i know he used to preform with the residents or something) I think Melt Banana covered a kraftwerk song too.
CapN Jazz - Take on Me (by AHA)
Ex-Models did a crazy noise-rock cover of "She Blinded Me with Science" but I can't find it anywhere.

Strapping Young Lad did an interesting cover of Melvins - Zodiac. It does the sort of thing I love to see in covers, where the band doing the covering really makes the song their own and offers a whole new spin on it.
Plus I happen to really like both bands

I honestly don't think there's a better cover than Sonic Youth's take on The Carpenter's "Superstar."
