Im down! Nyc for fall and winter would be good for a small meet. I wouldn't want to do another long drive until at least spring. I might be touring europe in april though.

A couple local ones sound great, and maybe an area-wide one a little bit later. Consensus seems to be leaning to spring for a big one. For me, any time in the next month or two will be fine (except the middle of October when I'll be traveling to Florida). I'm particularly partial to sometime after Sept. 20, which hopefully before it will get too cold here (when does that happen?). Thoughts?

OK, so, how about the 23rd, 24th, 30th, or 1st (Fridays and Saturdays)? I wouldn't be opposed to 25th or 2nd either (Sundays), whatever works best for all. Let's get this moving, folks!

I can do Sundays as long as we are making it a night thing... after 6pm. The second would actually be good for me, but i'll try to work in with whatever everyone else can do.

Color me interested! I'm in the southern NJ/Philly area, so trips to NYC are definitely doable! I'll be available and flexible once October hits, so count me in!

Weekends are usually better for me, Saturdays preferably. However, I have my wife's and brother-in-law's birthdays coming up for Sept. 24th-25th weekend and I have my 7 yr wedding anniversary on Oct 3rd which falls on a Monday obvioulsy but we'll most likely celebrate it the weekend of Oct 1st or 2nd. You guys do what works best for everyone though and if I can make it then I will be there. Where exactly in NYC is this happening btw?

Not to be downer, but with nothing planned, not even a meeting place or central location, it seems like a bad idea to have this event in 1-2 weeks from now. Maybe late October/early November would be better.

Unless, you plan on doing something very simple, like a simple meet up at your house/apartment to just play games and have a merry time (which is just fine with me).
