I got ripped off a few times with 'new' games. Especially with DS ones - they had the manual and everything, but they were packaged in a strange shrink wrap and the game kept crashing before I could reach the next save point, so I ended up giving up.

TL;DR: be careful when buying cheap new games on ebay.

Fake GBA And NDS games are very common and easy to get. If you're ordering on eBay, never order from China, you can be 100% sure it's a fake. They're very cheap to produce and can sometimes work very well, but the part about a fake game is that you're trusting a battery that was chosen because of price, not because of known reliability. I had a fake GBA game that I bought and got the refund from eBay and I decided to play it anyway. I had about 5 hours into the game and the save battery died.

i feel like this one is fake.

Definitely. The front of the box has all that barren black space. If one reads the description does say 'custom' down there for the people paying attention.

It says "Custom" box in the description, he's not trying to pass it off as the real-deal.
