Indeed. Especially considering that in his case, everyone consents. The people who act in it get agree and get paid, and the people who watch it seek it out. The so called obscenity isn't being forced on anyone who doesn't want it.

Personally, I find the people who advocate for this kind of thing more objectionable than Max Hardcore himself. They are certianly more dangerous.

I assume this is also a big win for digital distribution and online retailers, who could very easily inadvertently sell to minors with stolen credit cards.
