You get a key for an ingame unlock as soon as you complete the glyph puzzle. No idea what that will be. Heres the email for that:
Congratulations, great knight! You have proven yourself worthy by arranging the glyphs in the correct order.

For your perseverance, you are awarded this Key that will unlock a well-earned advantage during your journey toward reclaiming your soul. *Key Removed so I can use it*

Keep this Key safe, as it may only be used once.

Take heed to not become overconfident, for even the mightiest warrior can be brought to his knees.
Onward to battle!

Dark Souls

Then later I go this email with a piece of a picture as an attachment.

I haven't seen how far 4chan has come in putting the pieces together, but it looked like a wallpaper last I checked.

There's some funky stuff going on with the Collector's Edition. I guess it's no longer going to include what was previously promised. No more steel case and no more guide book. I don't think there has been any official announcements yet, but there's all sorts of buzz about this. People are even freaking out and starting boycott petitions.

Personally, I don't really care, the Collector's Edition is free and all I really want is the game anyway. A steel case would have been nice though.

So excited for this Demon's Souls was one of my favorites in my first PS3 run. Giving the console another chance now.

I had heard the guide book, instead of being a mini physical book, was going to be a full guide of the game but downloadable. Have not heard about the steel case at all though, that sucks.

I did one of the 'hacks' and it worked. Because of it I also got a piece of an image recently. 4chan seems to be peicing them together. Looks like it will be a wallpaper. I'll post the email latter today.

Would anyone be willing to do the rune puzzle hack for me? I can't do it from the mac at my house and I really want this extra in game unlock. Also midnight release at gamestop 8)
I can't wait just read a pretty in depth article on kotaku. I am kinda thinking about getting the actual guide book depending on how good the mini guide book is. This game sounds way harder then Demon soul's.

Also mr eco there is a double boss fight just like the man eater. Oh joy!!!

Just pre ordered the collectors edition from the Namco Bandai store last night after canceling my order with GameStop. Funny that the douchebag manager told me I wouldn't be able to get the collectors edition anywhere if I canceled. And thus my eternal boycott of GameStop begins. Just had to get my Child of Eden pre order first. But after the Deux Ex fiasco that put me over the top.

Oh god, I know. I've seen the bastard. At least the rooftop you fight it on seems to be a much bigger arena than the frickin' bridge you fought Maneater on. Though Maneater couldn't breath fire...

Did I make a mistake in pre-ordering the game through Gamestop? I'm going to be really pissed if they mess with my collector's edition...
