If you haven't figured it out yet - but focus adjustment is on the flyback. It's the black box on the PCB under the monitor.

My 4slot only had 1 working speaker. But I cap kit'd the audio, and it's working now (and volume got fixed too). Here's where I got it:

While you're ordering a cap kit from him, get a new battery too - if your mobo has the original battery it might be leaking and eating your mobo.
