Best PS2 Street Fighter game and arcade stick?

You should tell your friend to pass on Street Fighter and get into King of Fighters.

Which one? I heard in the 90s and 00s this series was actually better than Street Fighter, but the last one on current-gen consoles was bad for some reason.

Most anyone would agree that 98 is a great place to start. We are actually doing that game for Together Retro this month. It is also the version that was released the most widely, I think.

I use the Street Fighter Anniversary Stick. This is also compatible with xbox.

Has street fighter 3 been emulated properly? And if yes, can a 7 year PC (which was kind of weak at the time) run it?

i'm running all three versions of SF3 on a modded MAME app just fine. i have an older PC (P4/Ati Xpress GPU) for my Emulation games alone. what is your friend's PC Spec?

Street Fighter Anniversary Collection and a Street Fighter Anniversary Stick is what I use or you could try the Hori Tekken stick either way.
