Correct. I live in the USA and can speak both English and Japanese. So basically, I have a choice between English or Japanese games. And since I live in the USA, there is no way for me to get a 3DS for their normal $300 price. I have to pay extra money for someone in Japan to send it to me.
Shape Boxing 2, on the Japanese Wii, costs around $50 normally but it would cost me around $70-$80 because I have to import it. I usually don't buy my Japanese games brand new because it's so damn expensive but I will make an exception if I don't want to wait a few years for prices to drop.
