I completely agree with you; I am definitely the shopper in the house. My wife supports my videogame hoarding (which doesn't help); It's just so hard to pass up on a deal. I would say my backlog is about 100+.env963 wrote:I think men can get addicted to shopping as much as women. It all depends on the product.

Has anyone tried BackLoggery.com?
How do you guys find the time to list everything?

My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

Yeah, I actively use it. I registered nearly two years ago and spent an evening filling it all in. Since then I've been adding, but usually only in small clumps. It only takes a minute or two to update now, though I'm slowly adding in my girlfriend's games to the total amount. My backlog is probably really around 300 or so games.pakopako wrote:Has anyone tried BackLoggery.com?

The reason I don't use it is because it would take too much time away from my actual gaming time. An xls sheet does the trick for me.Ack wrote:Yeah, I actively use it. Re: My backlog continues...
Wow, all you people are crazy. My backlog is quite small, with only a handful of games sitting on the shelf (Psychonauts, Silent Storm, Grandia II, No One Lives Forever 2).
Strictly speaking if you consider the games I have but can't realistically play then my backlog is huge as I have 11 PS2 titles (most of those very long PRGs), and a handful of Megadrive and Wii games.

Looking for a cool game? Find it in my blog!

I know how you feel. I'm sitting on a Backlog of around 140 games right now.
I have been beating a lot more games recently though, so hopefully things may change. So far this year I've beaten 7 games. I'm trying to go with a beat 3 buy 1 system, so far it's holding up.

Geez, were to begin. I am almost up to 1500 games in my collection. There is no way I could ever beat them all. I may average 10 or so beaten games a year if Im lucky. Then again I play alot of games with no real end like Donkey Kong and some of the arcade type stuff. I do try to get in 1 or 2 RPG's a year as well.
Re: My backlog continues...
I use Backloggery and like it quite a lot. I just sat down one day when I was bored and didn't feel like playing a game and listed everything. Unfortunately, it reminds me that my backlog is currently at nearly 200 games. Of course the Games Beaten 2011 thread has been helping me out with that dilemma.pakopako wrote:Has anyone tried BackLoggery.com?
