N64 version is the way to go. I have played through the game multiple times and the Gamecube version has the tendency to freeze up. Nothing worse than getting the guilded sword after beating the gorons race and having your game freeze up. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

RGB mod your N64. Crystal clear visuals that way. I love my RGB modded NTSC N64, so much that I've been buying my entire N64 collection AGAIN in NTSC just for the better visuals and faster frame rates.

Funny, I've never had any problems with the Gamecube version, and I've played it a lot.
Systems: Atari 7800, NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, Saturn, Dreamcast, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, Game Boy Pocket (2), Game Boy Color, GBA SP (2), DS
