Around here the 90 minute IPA runs about $12-13 for a four pack. I've never even seen a case for sale. I like it a lot and am especially fond of the extra punch since I hate weak beer but I just can't afford the stuff regularly.
Yeah, i spent about $60 + tax for the case of 24, which is a bargain in my book. I do not regret the purchase.

I guess if you're 21 and broke, sure. But if you actually like to drink beer that contains taste and alcohol, I beg to differ. That said, I'll still pound a few Miller Lites.
Vodka - Grey Goose, definitely. Smirnoff and Absolute are good too. But if I can have the Goose, then I have the Goose.
Whiskey - Jack Daniels. Yeah. My favorite. Then Jameson's. And Seagrams for back up. Obviously there's a big difference between the three, so they're used for different things.
Gin - Tangeray is preferred, but I usually get Gordon's which is actually made at the same place and a lot cheaper. Beefeater is good. Bombay Safire as well.
Rum - Trader Vic's. And for spiced definitely Captain Morgan's.
Tequila - Jose Cuervo.
and then a lot of other stuff. I like having a stocked bar. Although I'm much more a beer drinker, I enjoy making drinks and having the ability to make anyone's favorite drink should they stop by.
Currently I have half a case of Schenkerla Rauchbier Marzen (dark smokebeer), an unopened bottle of Lagavulin 16 year Single Malt that I'm saving for a special occasion. A bottle of Brewdog Paradox Smokehead and a case of Brewdog 5 AM Saint on it's way.
