the still that the OP posted reminded me of FLCL. Watched a trailer and it looks pretty promising. If anything t's animation looks superb!

A large portion of Madhouse's works are superb. I'm glad their TV deal with Marvel is finally over.

Yeah you're obviously right, lol. Hand drawn but digitally colored.
