Yep thats it, why do you ask? Because I cant find the need to buy a racing controller for a game. If I am going to put that much money into a freakin controller I could just go get some nice 103 octane and spend a night at the track really doing something.

There are 2 plastic pieces you can take off the clamps for thicker tables. That's how I was able to clamp it on my computer desk.
