DDP DOJ BLEX is fantastic. The load times are a bit harsh, but once loaded, the game runs great.
Muchi Muchi Pork/Pink Sweets is possibly my favorite though. Such in-depth games.
Ketsui is up there too. Honestly, I just love most of the Cave stuff.
Sadly, ketsui and doj are region-locked.
Dodonpachi Dai Fukkatau is coming out in the PAL region, but will work on US consoles.
