It depends on the game, but generally speaking, I love how scanlines look. I have an XRGB-3 and 240p scanlines add the illusion of detail for games like NiGHTS and Panzer Dragoon Zwei -- they look way better with than without them. 2D is a mixed bag for me. Saturn games, tend to prefer without. Genesis games, better with. ESPgaluda, better with. Capcom vs. SNK (DC), hate em.

I guess it's just not for me, then. I'm glad people who want them now have the option, though.
