for one sonic.
also the Seiken Densetsu (secret of mana) series. everything after legend of mana sickens me. especially dawn of mana which was literally considered the 4th game in the mana series to the japanese audiences (the game was called Seiken Densetsu 4).

Street Fighter series used to be fun, now it's just a pissing contest, IMO.

Spyro the Dragon. the first 3 on ps1 are amazing, the GBA ones arent that bad, but after that, it went way down hill. the ps2 ones are unbearable. cant stand them. I think that the ones made by Insomniac games are the greatest.

I agree... SSFIV is basically a turtlefest these days.. I pray SFV is more on the mode of SFIII, changing the main roster and actually evolving the gameplay..

I also agree with sonic as being a disappointing franchise..

Wow. I agree with every game listed so far. It seems that with almost every series/franchise it starts well, improves a little then steadily drops in quality. Except maybe Rayman, cant think of a bad Rayman game at the moment.

That's right, I said it.

You know, yeah, I found 4 to be a bit on the disappointing side. I enjoyed playing through it but it wasn't the grand finale we were promised.

(plus its hardly a finale at all considering kojima went back on his word about it being the final one, again)

Every Final Fantasy after 7. They were getting better from 4 to 5 to peeking at 6. 7 was kind of a plateau then the whole series fell off the side of the cliff and has been rolling down hill since.
