For starting you REALLY might want to think about "borrowing" programs until you can either afford them, or will continue to use them in the future. I did this with Photoshop and now own a license. "Getting started" these days is simply too expensive to warrant a software purchase in my opinion. Blah blah blah morals, blah.

Everything important will automatically update right? Like my HP stuff and windows stuff?...HP's tune up thing runs every month i know.
