Re: The Case of the stolen Virtual Boy
It was me. I just had a CRAVING for Virtual Boy!
Re: The Case of the stolen Virtual Boy
To get a virtual boy, you have to offer it virtual candy.
As for the topic. I doubt there's anything you can do to confront these people and even know the truth (much less get the actual virtual boy back) without affecting your relationship with them. And I don't think even a gold-plated virtual boy is worth a single friendship. So my best bet is to just let it go, and keep better track of your things next time. Keep the important ones under lock and key (or change the way things are so that your stuff is not in danger of being stolen)

Re: The Case of the stolen Virtual Boy
if you think that one dude is still stealing, try setting up a security camera and heck it out when hes older. you said other shit has gone missing, so this might be an easy way to figure it out.
Re: The Case of the stolen Virtual Boy
Color it gone even if you try asking, won't get an honest answer "Sure I stole it".
If your friend actually has been caught stealing even once from you in the past, would no longer be a friend but a THIEF.
Case in point, my son has six friends over for birthday party. Two are very close trusted friends other four just buds. Maybe overkill but guess where I put all the rare stuff such as my 1st edition GC Action Replay, PS1 Dual Analog, Dreamcast Woody, N64 import carts and a whole pile of hard to find games. Right in the off limits parents bedroom. Glad PS2 games already there thanks to HDAdvance, hate to move that mountain. Keep honest people honest.

Re: The Case of the stolen Virtual Boy
I had a horrible step-cousin (female) who stole my gameboy games and through them into the trash can. I even let her play my gameboy games before she acted stupid. She even threw out my cousin gaming magazine. What kind of step-cousin does that? I did find all my favorite games. She also couldn't sleep one night and bug me. She also tried to make me sleep on top of pool table. there is giant sofa bed that I can sleep in. This was in early teens.
You took too long, now your candy's gone. That's What happens. Bkowwwww. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻)

Call Phoenix Wright, he'll find out...somehow.
OBJECTION! All evidence points to Jessee!
In all seriousness, as big as the virtual boy is how did they manage to get that past you?

Bull crap if you find out someone you know took it, I wouldnt call them a friend, friends dont steal shit from each other.Jesse has sticky fingers. Just approach him nicely, use "I feel" statements, and most importantly, try to stay friends

If you've suspected him for other occasions as well he's not someone you should have hanging around.

Miss Scarlet with the Candlestick in the Bedroom... WOOD FOR SHEEP!
Ok enough boardgame jokes.
Best of luck on finding your Virtual boy. I think it is just misplaced. Without the bipod it is no bigger than a football.
