Do you have a link for this, because ESR cant read CD's (Even PS2 games on CD's).

I could see it working if you put a PS1 image on a DVD, right? Would that work?

No.

PS1 Games
Are not even supported by ESR, even if you burnt it to a DVD, what do you imagine it would change?
Thus my original question of, link please.

PS2 CD based games
The way ESR works is it patches the game into a video disc, the PS2 cd based games need to be rebuild into DVD to work with ESR
