I'm all for NOT ripping off games and supporting the developers, but Nintendo doesn't need to make $5 off digital copies of SMB3 when they already made millions selling the carts.

I'm not saying that makes it right. That's just a way to justify it. But it's a HUGE difference emulating NES games, with complete NES ROM sets, compared to downloading 360 or PSP ISOs.

We're pretty lax on talking about emulators/isos etc because there's no law against talking about this stuff. Any forum that bans users from talking about emulation/isos/modchips are just self righteous hypocritical wastes of space. I hate those kinds of websites, it's not like they're going to get the website shut down for hosting a discussion on piracy/emulation etc. That kind of thinking is just retarded.

I personally think that the only reason those websites enforce those kind of dumb rules is just so that the admin/mods can go on a power trip. Censoring that shit whilst simultaneously torrent a ton of roms/games in the background.
