Most of my Toonami memories are from when they had Gundam Wing on. That was the first anime to really get me set on the path. I watched DBZ (whodathunkit) and enjoyed that, but I didn't really seek out any other anime. Then Gundam Wing came out and it was this serious story with cool mech action. I got hooked. Then I went to high school and got a T3 connection.

Speaking of Mr T, I found this in the garage last night!
It was my folder when I was in elementary school.
It still has the price tag! 19 cents!
