Seeing the Olympic flags at half mast was pretty touching. Not sure if there is such a thing as an honorary, medal, but it would a nice gesture to give his parents one.

this really is tragic. But unfortunately there's always the risk of death with all high risk sports. I really find it disturbing the way all of my local channels have been replaying his death over and over again, each time more slowmotion then the last

I think the larger tragedy isn't so much his death itself(shit happens
) but the fact that after all that practicing and preparation the guy went out a day before he got to even perform. Its like a sick joke. And so it goes...
