I got my PlaySega pads. If you google the model number on the back, you'll find the same model number is on the knockoff pads you see around. I don't know whether PlaySega is selling the knockoffs, or if the copies copied the model number too. I didn't see SLS anywhere on the pad, so I'm not convinced these are manufacured by sega.

That said, they're great feeling pads. I really like them, whether they're authentic or not. I played a bunch of OpenTyrian and Metal Storm (NES) when I was snowed in yesterday. No complaints at all. Hopefully they stand up to the test of time. I'll probably paint them eventually, and replace the USB cord. I don't really care for the white.
