I may not be a very old user but I appreciate your contributions to this forums. Too bad you are leaving, farewell.
I agree that during the last weeks the forum has had a lot of "Best X game?" threads and not a lot of meaninful discussion, however.
See ya, guys.

In spite the fact that I wanted to get a plane ticket to kansas city to kick ur ass and then shake your hand and meet you. I always liked talking with you and the fact that you helped me a lot of times. I began to understand you and your hatred against all things, that's who you are and that's what makes you..... you. Ill definitely miss your posts moz but we will keep in touch thru msn or xbox live. (I know, I know you don't have an xbox but we can still send messages
) Dont leave definitely still drop by and make a post or two.

Re: See ya, guys.
It's sad to see you go Steve.
I have made many internet "friends" (aka fake,) but you sir are one who I have had many real conversations with on this site, through private messageing, and chatting. You took time out to get to know me when I was going through a rough time (when my family was without heat for the holidays) and since then I got to know you and will miss your presence here.
For all of those who got ticked off at Mozgus' posts, I have to say they need to read, think, and then respond. Mozgus never liked my comic strip (on my site) but he would look at it if I asked and gave his honest opinion... and it didn't hurt my feelings or sway my desire to keep doing the strip because he didn't like it.
Moz was part of a community, and a community is like an extended family where after all is said and done we make each other better people. Steve, you had your unique way of doing that, and I have a hell of a lot of respect for you because of that. Being a middle school teacher I see too much "fluf" and filler talk, it was nice to see someone break that mold and tell you how it is... your personality helped keep the "fluf" out of here.
Mozgus you will be missed.

Re: See ya, guys.
Though I've only been a member for a few months, I've been making racketboy part of my daily internet diet for a couple of years and I must say your posts definitely add quality to the forums. Think about it: if you leave, wouldn't that only make things worse in regards to topics and posts? I personally would hate to see a site like this become completely overrun with noobs like myself. There's something about "those who've been around forever" that really makes a gaming community site worth coming to. DONT GO!!
Re: See ya, guys.
Good luck and best wishes, but I'd bet a grand a you'll be back.
Why am I posting something to someone who won't be reading it?

Sorry to hear that Mozgus.
I admit that the conversation has been lacking recently. Just some of the less useful posts on this thread are a testament to that. The B/S/T board has had a particularly plagued time. A few regulars and many people with under 10 posts who just want to sell their junk. Good luck with your non racketboy related activities. Try to pop in from time to time if you can.

Re: See ya, guys.
Moz I can see what you're talking about. I am pretty new like 5 or 6 months and I dont see many good new topics and theres alot of bickering. I dont write many new topics so I guess I am part of the problem. I dont mind old topics being asked again though. Peoples responses might be different from 2006 to 2009. Sorry to see you go though.
I hope I am not one of the new guys who turned you off.

Moz, I'm still a bit of a n00b here myself. I migrated here from the Benheck forums because the threads tended to be more mature and interesting. I have very much appreciated your contributions to the forum.
In a backwards way, I'm kind of glad to see you go, though. Your posts are typically pretty interesting, but I really need to spend less of my time trolling this forum and more time on my real-life work. Without your posts, it will be substantially easier to pry myself away.
Good luck!

Sad to see you go. I too haven't been on here as long as some others on here, but it would be naive to overlook your presence on here as anything less than influential. Hopefully you will merely consider just a break from this scene instead of a full departure

Prepare to lose your grand. My word has always been gold, especially around here.Luke wrote:Good luck and best wishes, but I'd bet a grand a you'll be back.
Big love to everyone else. I didn't expect this much praise. I thought for sure a solid 25% of the responses would be ugly.
