NEW SEGA GENESIS & NOMAD CONSOLES COMING OUT

By the sound of it, it is a 32x built into a Genesis clone with some sort of devkit like cart coming out for it.

If it has two (or four) controller ports, svideo out default, and that cart at or near launch, and Ill pick one up. One of my Genesi died two months ago so I need a replacement, might aswell get a quasi upgrade. I hope the homebrewers crack this thing open so it can run Sega CD games off the SDcard cart - I can dream cant I.

Haha. Yeah, that's the deal breaker for me.

Now I'm going to have to grab my Nomad from the garage and play some on-the-go co-op Genesis games.

Genesis and Nomad clones have been out in Asia for aeons. Seems like this company found one at a street market in Hong Kong and decided to sell it to Americans. I've played the Nomad clone, it looks like a PSP but with a cartridge slot. Solid feel, but screen was a tad too small.

Yeah, if this has better A/V options than the original Genesis I may pick it up instead of modding mine. Has anyone found any info on its specs?

a portable genny would be cool to have, but then again, ill have to drag around my carts :/ might as well stick to the PSP with 40 roms

I broke out my Nomad to play some games over the past couple of days....made me run back to my PSP pretty darn quick...

videogamecentral is possibly the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. They offer products that do not exist or they have no real distribution connection for. Boy I can't wait for 64bit genesis games, thats a great reason to make new video game hardware right? Anything related to their website is dog shit until proven otherwise. If i was in charge of the interview/release i definitely would've just typed up the article instead. This video is embarrassing for all parties involved, but i think it is pretty innocent. Just two dudes being really nervous about being on camera.

Is there any clear pictures or info on the products somewhere else? I've been looking, but haven't been able to find anything.
