New Gamestop Sale worth checking out

I went today and asked about it and the guy said that it was $9.99 for the game only.

So, wait, let me get this straight. Even though it says game only, all you have to do is ask for the X-plorer guitar and they'll throw it in?

If you buy the GH: Aerosmith game, and they have any Xplorer guitars left, you get one for free! That applies only to the 360, though. None of the other versions of the game have a free guitar.

Only the 360 version has the free guitar. If they try to tell you that the 360 version deal doesn't exist, they don't know what they're talking about. The Gamestop I got my guitar at had signs up everywhere advertising the deal.

I traded in some games during this sale. I did not see it documented but they gave me significantly more in trade value due to the sale. I traded in 3 games and got $38 in trade. I was really surprised as my experience has always been if you trade in a game you can expect to get less than $10 per game. I was stunned when I only owed $2.12 for a brand new game after trade.
