I seem to always blast music right before I should be going to bed, which I think adds another hour to the insomnia stack because then my brain takes even longer to relax from the loudness. :roll: :lol:

So have any of you guys supplemented D3 consistently for long periods of time and actually noticed any difference? Just ran out of my last bottle, but I'm wondering if it's worth it. The more vitamins I drop... the better I feel? I eat really healthy thesedays so that's probably why I don't seem to need much. D3 and Flax Seed are the two I kept up with though since those aren't things I'm getting much of in my diet.

Honestly man, I take a Centrum and a Claritin every morning with my tea and V8.
