Lady Bug and Smurfs are 2 of quite literally my all time favorite games. I played these 2 games (and Kangaroo) more than any other games in the 80's, so i'm quite excited to see how my kids receive them when we play this coming weekend.
Nice find on the Mr.Do!, always seems to be an uncommon / hard to find title on every system it comes out for.
Does anyone know anything about Gameshark discs? I found a PS2 Game Saves disk CIB at a local thrift shop for $3. I've seen that the Gameshark branded stuff can go for a decent amount sometimes so I just took a gamble on it. I can't find any info on it other than one BIN auction for $20 on ebay, which of course, I don't use as a guide.
I'll just end up using it for trade-bait and I don't really mind if I over paid, as I usually get great deals at this store.
I found a boxed Doom II on floppies yesterday. Sadly had I been there thirty minutes earlier I would have been able to get Doom I and Wolf3d at the same time.

Any info would be helpful.
those game saves discs are worthless, mostly. you need the actual gameshark discs (and sometimes hardware) for it to really be valuable.
^^^ That's what I was thinking. Thanks for clarifying.
Meh, at least I got my discount card stamped for the day. One more stamp and I get 50% off an entire purchase! Getting those stamps make me more inclined to gamble on cheap stuff like this.

I came across a Gameboy Game Shark a couple weeks ago but didn't feel like paying $20 for it. Seems like I could've sold it to someone for about $40 (or so the internet says) but I had no use for it.

An okay day. I needed a Gamecube controller and I don't own an SNES so this worked out.

Sweet. I came across the CDRom version boxed (For DOS and Windows 95!) a while back. I had only played it on a roomate's PC and then off the Quake disc back in the day, so it was a fun find to have a boxed one.
