It's a case by case basis really. If you're moving your connection within the jurisdiction of the same utility, you'll probably still get hit with a service fee.
I think you said this is the first time you'll be living on your own? Or at least in a long time? If so, congratulations. I think you'll really enjoy the privacy and full control of your environment.

Yes! First time. Should be smooth sailing and no bad blood between my roommate either, but phew... it will be amazing to have my own space. Just starting to sweat and get a little anxiety now that the papers are signed and all.

Now that we have computer voice recognition it makes it much easier for little kids to surf the internet. I let my 3-year-old daughter use my tablet for about an hour and she googled some stuff. Looking at the history, this is what she looked up:
mickey mouse with a squeaky voice talking about boo boos
troll costumes
paintings of irises
pictures of the sun
no pictures of the sun up in the sky
poop
my sisters poop
where was taylor swift born

I don't know what it is with little girls and poop. My five year old niece likes to scream, "I pooped!" over and over, even when she clearly hasn't.

I actually like to call my mom after I have a bowel movement occasionally to tell her the same thing.

Well for you that is a once a month kind of thing. If the rest of us didnt keep tally when you evacuated your bowel, you might forget. I mean we have been gambling on it for years.

Downside to trying to multitask with dual monitors... (I'm streaming some old wrestling and wanted to play some Doom on the monitor)...
Same sound speakers.
Just sounds like a huge cluster.
