So I shaved my legs for a few costumes. What's the big deal?
It was the only way to pull them off decently well. Well, I suppose there were other options. Like waxing.

I actually thought those photos were of a female until the third one. I assume the character is some androgynous Japanese character? I honestly still have no idea if that is a woman or man.
