Seattle area is the same as The South on that chart. Except cut the totals in half.

In TN, a greater than 50% chance of scattered flurries will close schools.

Is that the Buffalo storm from a few days ago? Or what I'm dealing with right now on LI? If LI, that can't be right.

Yeah, it's about the same on LI. I woke up to a few inches of snow. None of the roads were plowed. Turned into freezing rain on my way into work. Straight rain as I got to work. Now it's gonna warm up and rain all day and tomorrow. Something like 50 degrees. Then back down to the 20's. I hate when the weather is this inconsistent.

I was about to say, threat of snow, schools closed. 1-4, schools closed for the week. Sucks if you have kids in daycare or elementary and have to scramble to find sitters cause work doesn't shut down

It's weird to think that dogs can learn languages exactly like we can. Like, a dog from Japan will understand commands in Japanese but not in English, and vice-versa.

Maybe I'm just super paranoid or OCD but it seems like some of the shows I bought months ago on iTunes that the team who put it together took some really lazy decisions in slapping these together and putting them up. Seems like a lot of these are either just lazily labeled season 1 and episode 1. I'd not fix them and just watch in my playlist as is, but I was hoping to watching in a semi shuffled manner(with a episode of one followed by another) and this screws it up big time. If I ever do anything related to something like this I'm going to do something about laziness like this. Since the shows are Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers, DuckTales, Flintstones, Batman: TAS, Korra 1st episode only, and duck dodgers. It's going to be awhile before I can watch though since I still have a few shows I want to add eventually if I ever get some cash flow that i missed the last time...

Languages are just sounds that our brains interpret in certain ways. You learn what a particular cry from your pet means, but a different pet (even the same kind of animal) might make different cries.

Happiness is 2 cups flour, 2 sticks of butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and one egg yolk. Bake for 15-20 minutes until firm.

Yo,

I can see weird patterns of dust on strange things. Like game cases that might be sitting around flatside.

Both the weather and humidity have been all kinds of messed up lately. And I'm on the third story of an apartment, so heat rises and gets a little crazy. My skin has been terrible lately with how dry it's been in the house. Got a nice humidifier in my room but not sure if it's not helping much lately or what.

Googling around and I'm seeing things about white dust... or something is up with the air that's letting me actually see the dust on things like that.

Totally clueless. Anyone have any ideas?

Our four cats, we know which one is meowring at a given time. So true, you can say all kinds of lewd things to your dog or cat if spoken in a soft tone and won't get bit. Well, don't say that to the wife's parrot repeatedly though or you will get bit. :D

Cell Phone News Videos
With all the on the spot witness videos shown on the news, I wish holding the phone in rotated wide screen format would be the norm instead of the scrunched sides when shown on TV. Now if only some would invent an app to create the wide screen anamorphic sides! :?
