It is to me because that's how people list it on Amazon and so shall I.Stark wrote:

No offense taken, I just doubt any average person knows what that is so I just call it holographic so I don't have to explain.Stark wrote:Don't get bent out of shape, I'm just ribbing, as was Hobie. Went to stop at Smart Pawn today after class. Was hoping to pick up their copy of ps3 ico/shadow of colossus plus some 22mag. Well, somehow even being closed on Sunday, they sold over 20 cases of 22mag and were out. Decided on picking up Legend of Mana CIB and Final Fantasy Anthology (missing manual). Got 2 ps1 games for $10 but they couldnt find the disc of ico so I got the case for free.

A hologram is a 3d image created with a laser. A lenticular image is 2 to 4 images in tiny slices that appear to change based on the refraction of small tubular lenses that are laid on top. If I annoy everyone with the correct term enough, then maybe they'll stop annoying me with the wrong one.nullxor wrote:Semantics
Back when you were a kid, did you ever know adults that didn't care about video games that always called every console a Nintendo or a Sega no matter what it was? If one of those adults was a parent of yours, it behooved you to correct them so you'd get the right games for Christmas. Would you list a LoZ game and talk about guiding "Zelda through his adventure"? Don't give in to the unwashed masses and their ignorance.
