Be strong, Daddy Bone. Be strong.
Remember, you've got about a good 8 years before you need to have the shotgun on hand.

Yeah, for me it is a cup of tea, stretching, exercise, shower, oatmeal.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, it's 200 push-ups, 15 pull ups, 15 chin ups, 15 pull ups.
Tuesday, Thursday it's 50 sit-ups, 100 squats, and 200 jumping jacks.
For now anyway. I may increase this further next month.
Are you in the Army reserve or something?
Right now I do 30 pushups and walk at least two miles every day. That routine combined with not eating like a retard keeps me from being a total out of shape fat ass. I'm thinking of adding more stuff to my workout, but I'm not trying to be a triathlon contender.
As for what I eat for breakfast, lately a breakfast bar and a cup of coffee. Unless it's the weekend, then it's whatever I feel like making. Yesterday I made homemade biscuits and scrambled eggs.

Makes me want to ask, has anyone had this weird Coffiest thing? I keep seeing ads for it lately.

I don't trust anything from a company called "Soylent." Especially if they start dyeing their shit green.

"Soylent" did seem like a red flag.

Ars Technica has a couple amusing reviews of the Soylent product, including a flatulence-heavy review of one of the early "beta" formulations. Honestly, the product makes sense as a single meal solution, like, I don't have time for breakfast so I'll make this Soylent thing as a breakfast shake to take with me on the go. And then eat real food for lunch and dinner. Anyone trying to survive off that stuff alone will probably succeed fine except that they clearly have no love of food, which is totally a loss for all of humanity.

Nah, nothing like that. I just like being in decent shape. One of my brothers is a martial artist who holds a black belt in Yoshukai karate as well as rank in at least two other arts, while the other is a bodybuilder. And one of my stepbrothers used to play on the Army rugby team while a student at West Point; he spent the last year in England working on his master's degree and training with some SAS guys to prep for Ranger school. Being reasonably physically fit is sort of an expectation in my family.

It has been over a year since the last time, unfortunately. I've been wrapped up in other stuff I'm doing, and it eats a lot of my time each week. Plus damn if I'm going outside in this heat!
