There's some ridiculous infomercial product out there now that literally vacuums ear wax from one's ear. This "actor" in this commercial has the unfortunate "old fashioned way" role and someone was kind enough to edit it.

Apparently in the training mission of the first Splinter Cell game, you can climb a wall and input a keypad code to meet Anna Grimsdottir earlier than you normally would, and you can actually fail the TUTORIAL level by taking her out. Obviously, Lambert is not very happy with that stealth action. This only works on the PC port, I believe. The console versions have a fence that prevent you from climbing that wall.
