I found one of these today at the game store though I already have one. Oddly enough the Gameshark next to it was $30.

I also bought two Gyromites looking for the famicom adapter with no luck. They checked out in every regard to this website so I thought for sure it was in there.

Though that isn't to say the store didn't just swap the boards out or that this guide isn't just speculation and assumptions. :x

EDIT: http://www.racketboy.com/retro/hacks/gy ... pter-guide

This guide didn't show up on Google when I was there or else I would have known with the board scans.

3DO is a collector's system as far as I can tell. I have never felt the need to own one. Practically every notable game for 3DO was later ported to Playstation or Saturn.
Not Twisted: The Game Show.
That looks kinda terrible too. I'd rather play You Don't Know...JACK! any day that ends in a "y".

According to Giant Bomb, this was also released on Saturn. Hardcore Gaming 101 confirms this.

I'm sticking to my original statement: 3DO is for collectors.

Sword in Sorcery isn't playable unless you speak Japanese, which most of us in the states, don't. I'm not saying it's worth buying a 3DO for, but the fact that it was updated and ported to SAT-JP doesn't hold any weight for English speakers.

The Saturn GameShark is known to mess up the cart slot pretty easily because the PCB is too thick. I wonder if that memory card will do the same thing for the same reason.

Ok, the following is forum member mas' Dreamcast collection (minus a few that were sold separately to Oxymoron).

We (myself, Blu, noise, Spoony, and IrishNinja) made a bulk offer on his entire collection. We bought it sight unseen and not knowing everything included - but in our conversations we had a very good idea of contents and condition. Our initial offer was of course under market as we were buying the whole kit n' caboodle, so after some negotiating, we found a price all (6) of us were comfortable with. We got a really good price and mas go to be done by shipping out just one box and getting one large lump payment.

We "drafted" out the contents last night and we are all pleased. It worked out really well in that most of our wants were different. I've put our top picks on top of the piles for effect. There are many of the best titles for the system and of course there are the fun, but quite common and numerous sports titles as well.

Here is the entire haul:

Huge huge huge thank you to mas. I ended up with a few of my favorite and most sought after titles. I'll post a few follow up pictures once it all arrives! Thanks mas!

Even looking for the telltale signs, a lot of people remove the adapters and dump the carts. Your best bet is simply to feel for the weight. Once you find one with an adapter, you'll know. Those carts are noticeably heavier than a normal cart. Just for shits and gigs I checked every Gyromite cart I came across for a good 7 months and when I finally found one there was no doubt due to the weight difference.
"Oh great, another box of useless sh*t."

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynj ... collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.

I actually did look at the PCB when I was there because the gameshark had a connector on the top and the memory card had a hole where the connector would have gone so I was thinking it was missing or something. I'm pretty sure it was noticeably a little thinner than the game shark as I said to myself "Why is the PCB so thick?" to the gameshark. :?
