nerd trivia: Centipede was released four times on GB/GBC. And I'm pretty sure you have the rarest of the four.
Thats really interesting, I just remember playing it when I was really little and thinking the artwork was amazing. Guess my Mom has better taste in games then her purchase of Wii Fit would let on.

ooooh. Yeah old B&W blue bomber noiseredux. The ironic thing is how much it mirrors my childhood. Super into NES and Game Boy and then the Genesis came out and I was like F. That. Then I was rocking blast processing, a Sega CD and Game Gear my man.

He also has the best looking box art one. The others - "blegh."

@s1mple let us know how that is, I had a lot of problems with the first one. I finished it and ultimately enjoyed it, but I didn't like a lot of things about it.

Why does Donkey and Cranky have two separate, spherical eye balls. But, Diddy and Dixie have one flat white area with two black dots for eyes? I understand it's a design difference, but it seems like a physical body part would have the same anatomy across the board per species, even in a game.

Edit: Once I looked closer, I could see that the pupils on Diddy and Dixie have a 3D effect, but the whites are still flat and joined, instead of two separate eye balls.
