Thats really interesting, I just remember playing it when I was really little and thinking the artwork was amazing. Guess my Mom has better taste in games then her purchase of Wii Fit would let on.noiseredux wrote:tmcpherson301 wrote:When putting old games for sale up on ebay, I found my mom's old copy of centipede with the box, manual, everything, in near perfect condition.nerd trivia: Centipede was released four times on GB/GBC. And I'm pretty sure you have the rarest of the four.

ooooh. Yeah old B&W blue bomber noiseredux. The ironic thing is how much it mirrors my childhood. Super into NES and Game Boy and then the Genesis came out and I was like F. That. Then I was rocking blast processing, a Sega CD and Game Gear my man.aaron wrote: no i meant YOU. the YOU that loved game boy games. the YOU that was best represented as a little green and grey rockman sprite. the YOU before sega came into your life, and like a detestable harpy, stole you from our grasp.

@s1mple let us know how that is, I had a lot of problems with the first one. I finished it and ultimately enjoyed it, but I didn't like a lot of things about it.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Why does Donkey and Cranky have two separate, spherical eye balls. But, Diddy and Dixie have one flat white area with two black dots for eyes? I understand it's a design difference, but it seems like a physical body part would have the same anatomy across the board per species, even in a game.
Edit: Once I looked closer, I could see that the pupils on Diddy and Dixie have a 3D effect, but the whites are still flat and joined, instead of two separate eye balls.
