So I thought I had this fixed over the weekend, but it is still not working correctly. I will get it figured out soon enough.

Under 12 hours to go until I'm done with glasses! (Hopefully) And under 6 hours to go until I have a week off of work!

Like... 85% excited and 15% nervous (about the surgery, 100% excited about the time off, I haven't had any since the end of Jan), even though I logically know there's nothing to be nervous about. Also have a bunch of other emotions going through my brain due to other issues.

But yeah... waiting on the clock right now.

If only. I was hoping I'd be able to shoot lasers OUT of my eyes, but I just had lasers shot AT my eyes.

I think my Bluray collection may be getting out of hand. I just bought a movie I already own because it has a nicer case, which is a first for me. I have spent $300-400 on movies this last month, $100 on replacement cases for all the shitty "Eco" cases, and another $100 on additional shelving.

My collection spans three separate ten foot rows now.

All that and I still have movies on pre-order. My wife just keeps giving the go ahead, I need her to pull my card.

I had a silly DVD collection and now w/Blu's being out the last what, 5 years, all the DVD's are somewhat inferior and worth about 5% what I paid for them. I vowed to be very selective w/Blu purchases and i'm glad I did with the new format dropping end of 2017.

For sure, it's not an investment. I did the same with VHS and DVD and lost nearly everything I spent when I upgraded my collections. I do wish I had been a bit more selective myself, there are some bargain bin titles that I don't watch much. Lately I've been sticking to old favorites and higher quality releases.

I look at it as our cable bill, since we don't have cable. In the end at least I have something to show for it.

That was one month, I definitely don't spend $400 every month. It evens out.

You could also definitely get a $400 cable bill here in Florida if you sub enough content and deliver it to enough televisions. It would be a challenge though.
