I second this! We Michiganders must unite! I always say there isn't much of a scene in this state and am constantly proved VERY wrong!Blu wrote:Wow, we have plenty of members from Michigan now. We should try and do a Racketboy meetup soon. For now, maybe get over that initial hurdle of mustering the courage to meet people from the interwebz.

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum but I've been using this site for a while. I'm a retro gaming and open source enthusiast and the "Hidden Gems" articles have really helped me find some great unknown games. I currently reside in New Jersey so greetings to everyone here!

Hello everyone, I've been coming to this site for quite a while and I thought it was about time I join the forums. Currently I work with a communications company and am just starting classes to earn my CCNA. I've always been a gamer but have only really started to collect within the past year or so, my tastes in games generally lean towards RPGs but I also enjoy platformers and action/adventure games.
Re: New Members: Introduce Yourself!
Hello everyone! Just officially joined the forum. Love the site and the discussions going on over here. Really enjoying listening to the back catalog of Podcasts too.
I am a long time gamer. First system I ever owned was a Sega MegaDrive (Genesis) back in the late eighties/early nineties when i was growing up. I have owned and played numerous systems since. I currently own a Dreamcast, PS2, Game Boy Advance and a Wii. I am a British ex-patriot and have lived in North Carolina for the past 10 years.
I look forward to learning new stuff about retro gaming and expanding my horizons over here. I am just getting into collecting and have seen a lot of inspiring stuff on the site.
Thanks
David
