Haha yup. That's why I've always called it the REmake.

Be sure to ask for the games though went to two locations and neither had them in very visible spots one store had them in bins behind the counter the other had them in orange baskets to the side.

Here are the deals I picked up

Namco Museum DS- $6.44
Midway Arcade Origins(PS3)- $9.44
Shinobi(3DS)- $5
Binary Domain(360)- $5
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition(360)- $9.44
Kirby's Epic Yarn(Wii)- $6.44
Ivy The Kiwi?(Wii)- $5.00

The rumor is that the distributor they purchase their games from is going out of business and they may stop carrying games. At least that is what one of the clerks told me.

Also swung by Kmart but there wasn't to much that interested me. About the only games that caught my eye were Patapon, Patapon 3, and Loco roco for $5 each. Although they did have some of their PS4 games marked down. Both Knack and Killzone Shadow Fall were on sale for $40. Only thing I ended up picking up there was Def Jam Rapstar(PS3) with the microphone bundled for $5.

Ooh thanks for the heads up. I got their ad today in the newspaper but it didn't say anything about video games being 50% off. There's a number of Big Lots stores within driving distance from me so I'll take a look, especially for that Namco Museum for that cheap.

As far as what I found....well, I managed to find these for cheap on Amazon (shipping is included in price listed):

Kirby's Dream Land 2 (GB) - $7.76
Boktai: The Sun is in Your Hand (GBA) - $8.47

Picked up a like-new neon yellow/green ish n64 controller from a newly opened Goodwill for $5.99. It's the nicest n64 controller I have in my arsenal by far. And yes the thumbstick is just like new as well. There was an atomic purple one there as well in the same condition. Didn't pick that one up because I had little cash on me to spend (and I wasn't sure if I wanted a 5th n64 controller just yet). I probably should have picked it up too because 2 days later I went back, and it was GONE (along with an N64 console and a 3rd party n64 controller that was there when I went prior).

And if you saw the "How is your SNES gaming" thread, you'll notice I bought a highly sought after title for surprisingly cheaper than what it normally goes for.

Started up a thread with the prices I found posted around the web for the sale. There is only one other store moderately close by will try to get over there tomorrow really hoping they have some more games.

Games I would really like to find are
Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks - $7.50
Golden Sun: Dark Dawn - $5.00
Yakuza Dead Souls - $5
Yakuza 4- $9.44

I am in talks with picking this lot up http://houston.craigslist.org/vgm/4327021927.html

I think it is a good deal, but cant do much research while at work. Thoughts?

He says we can meet this evening after I get off, but kinda worried someone will buy them out from under me.

I'd help you out by pre-purchasing that Drac X box from you if you want, but I'm sure that's one of the things you want from it.

It is lol. What do you think about the price and value? Most of this I plan to keep and not sell.

I've not done a lot of research on SNES boxes in general, but I'm pretty sure that Dracula X is the priciest one, followed by Shadowrun. Mega Man X and Breath of Fire are in the $20 - $25 range I believe. Not sure about the rest. I'd probably offer less, but would be secretly ready to pay for the whole lot because of Dracula X.

$200 is the exact spot i'd list it at as a bundle. It isn't a good or bad buy, it seems spot on market for what's there. The guy has box protectors which tells you he has an idea of what their worth and how to protect them. If one were to buy because they wanted it, it's an ok price. If buying to flip as a bundle, don't bother, if buying to flip individually, you might squeeze $300 w/patience and assuming all boxes are very good or better - most look good other than ISS.

Yeah thanks. I did a quick and dirty look while I could and came to near same conclusion.

I plan to keep Drac X, Shadowrun, MMX, both Lost Vikings, and maybe Bomberman 2. The rest id sell to recoup some cost as I dont want or already have, so it is probably worth it I am thinking.
