Yes! I was luckily able to meet up with Elkin yesterday, and while perusing the Xbox section of a game store, we talked about Ack’s great review of this game. (It sounds like a very rough version of Spec Ops: The Line, and I have to double check my collection to see if I have a copy.) Great pick up, Elkin!

I grabbed Blackjack (NES) on the same trip. It’s a blackjack game...for the NES...that you play with a controller. Also, it’s an unlicensed game published by American Video Entertainment. Only two more of those (Maxi 15 and Mermaids of Atlantis) and I’ll have a complete set of AVE games. Lucky me(?)!

Maru convinced me to pick up Far East of Eden 2, and luckily enough for me they have it on Japanese PSN for PS3! I always forget their PSN store has a bunch of PCE CD games on it.

Unluckily for me though, they only sell PSN cards in increments of 3000 yen or higher, and Far East of Eden 2 is only 800 yen, so now I have a bunch of PSN credit and don't know much to do with it XP
I'm gonna take a look at what other PCE CD games, mostly RPGs, they have on there that are worth taking a look at ^w^

Edit: They don't have a super super lot on there, but they have a few things. They aren't RPGs, but are the Neotopia games worth checking out? :O

Hey, look! I found some actual Retro games this month! Plus a console! (Like I need it.) I wasn't looking for an Intellivision, but I'm not gonna pass one up when it drops in my lap (or, in this case, on the shelf of my nearest thrift store.) It even has a couple interesting games in there. I didn't know there was a Dracula Intellivision game. Nifty.

I added Marvel Vs. Capcom for the Sony Playstation 1 this evening!

I have been slowing buying up the Capcom Vs. games, but I ran into a large hurdle as I could not find the original Marvel Vs. Capcom. I was on the hunt for a long while when I was happy to see it appear at a local game store.

I love the fighting game series and I love to see it grow all throughout the small iterations. With this being the one right before Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, I am expecting big things for it!

I can't tell if I should be apprehensive about trying it, or pleased that it looks like it fared better than most of the other games in the clip.

Yikes. Um, how do I say this--? MvC on the PS1 is a really compromised port. It's not necessarily bad, per se, but it's a very different game from the arcade, or the Dreamcast.
