I backed at $100, so no digital copy as far as I know. Although they were supposed to do something through GOG?

I think I'll leave it as PS4 for the time being. I want to get the "best" version of the game if possible.

Isn't this a 2D/3D hybrid game? I really doubt any platform could really flail and fail at delivering the intended quality on this one as it's not like some massively huge space pushing the bounds of the hardware.

You never know. But I'm starting to think the PS4 version will be more common, so I may swap over.

EDIT: Changed over.

It's being done in Unreal Engine 4, but subpar performance is possible. Or just relatively not as good. PS4 is a pretty safe bet though.

And swapped back to PS4 again. I think they had a different team doing the Wii U port, and I suspect it will be the case for the Switch as well. As such, I'm going with the lead platform for now.

The lead platform is PC.

Right, which is why I went PS4 originally, because that's nothing but a mid-range gaming PC. I bottle up PC/PS4/XB1 as "lead" because of the shared architecture. I probably should have been a little more clear about that. I also don't trust my laptop to be able to run the game well, especially after snagging the demo.

I plan to play it on Vita, hopefully not too compromised. Mainly because I would relish playing another handheld Igavania. It's been 9 years since the last time that happened, far too long.
